well the baby powder takes away the shine of your hair if you didnt have time to shower. I wouldnt reccomend it for everyday use, but once and a while when you need to go out and you didnt shower.

Try pouring a little into one hand and rub it between your two hands. Start by running your fingers through your hair and then smoothing the top with the powder. Apply more if you want, but make sure you dont end up with white spots in your hair. Before you leave your house, make someone else check your hair for white stuff, that could be quite imbarrising!

I use more around my part on the top of my head and less throughout my hair. Well good luck!!

Some product lines now make powder in color to match your hair. If you're using some baby powder to absorb oil, use a little as possible and be sure to shake out your hair so that it is not noticeable.

I don't think that it causes any damage, it's usually just talc powder so it will absorb excess oil, if you do it too much it might dry out your hair-but I've never seen that.
When I do it, I put a little in my hand and pat it into my hair and then brush it out a bit. It always makes my hair static-y though

If you put too much in, it's looks like you have dandruff.
Lift up sections of your hair and LIGHTLY sprinkle it at the roots. You want to put it underneathe the top layers of your hair to absorb the oil and avoid the dandruff look. "Dry" your hair with a towel to absorb the oils and then comb it through!
