Hey I am 13 years old and now weigh 180 pounds. I started my diet around August and at that time I was 218 pounds. I feel really proud of my self for losing this weight. I want to lost 77 pounds by the start of 8th grade. If I have lost this amount of weight in the amount of time how long would it take me to lose this much? And yes I know I am extremely huge but please don't make fun of me.

I expect that people will respect you, and if not, give them less points, or report an abuse.

Use your rights in YA.

I would like to congratulate you for your 180 pounds!

And also, I expect that you are under professional supervice, for the next 77pounds, take care of your health, as much as your body.

good girl

Ask your doctor what weight would be appropriate for you. A lot depends on your bone structure and height. (Like Tyra, for example, even though I don't care for her, she's 160 and looks good and is at a healthy weight for her height) So be careful, 103 lbs could be underweight.
You can lose about 2lbs a week if you are doing it the safe healthy way, so you should be able to lose the weight in 6-10 months.

I would never ever make fun of a person who is a lil bit over weight. Like you, I'm really proud of you. Maybe you should think about loosing only about 50 pounds not 77 because that might be a little bit under weight. ask your doctor and good luck! I hope you reach your goal!
