You don't!! What you do is find another chick for her boyfriend, playing cupid for her boyfriend is a little underhanded but if it works properly, you can make four people happier than just the two of them.
Be very careful how you set this up, be very careful you find a real good girl for your friends boyfriend.

Basically, ignore the fact that she has a boyfriend as much as you can.
If she keeps bringing your attention back to the fact that she has a boyfriend, then there's no hope for you until that relationship runs its course.
