just because two people have been seeing one another doesn't mean that sex is part of the relationship.
age, maturity, stability of the relationship and willingness of BOTH partners all play a role in whether or not that is appropriate for this stage in the dating relationship.
NOTHING is wrong with your friend!! If the boy in question told her that, he is trying to guilt her into something for his own pleasure and he DOES NOT have her feelings and best interest at heart.
Some of us still believe that personal contact of a sexual nature is too important to give to every boy who shows an interest in us!
If he is pressuring her to "move ahead in the relationship" in this fashion, she really needs to leave him in the dust.
The fact that she was uncomfortable with the contact means that she isn't ready and she needs to listen to that inner voice.
There is PLENTY of time for sex later in life.
And yes, that kind of contact IS a prelude to sex.
13 years old is WAY TOO YOUNG to become a parent and that is exactly where this kind of contact leads all too often!!
And "Mr. Touch-her-Butt" will be LONG GONE and onto the next girl by the time the kid comes along.

that is sexual abuse and i agree i don't want some guys hand down my pants even if he's my boyfriend
there is nothing wrong with her
her boyfriend is just a perverted little freak that only likes girls for how they look

hey...i think that there is nothing wrong with her...she just didn't want to be touched in that way...i mean...come on....but if he through a fit about it then there is something wrong with him...she don't want to do that then go father and end up pregnet...so i see where she isa comeing from...because once they start doing that....they think they are allowed to do it over and over...then they get bored and want to go further..so i see were she is comeing from...most boys are like that...
