lettuce, eggs, cheese made from 2% milk, nuts(limited), veggies with the exception of corn, potatoes, anything white and starchy. lean cuts of meat, ground sirloin, turkey, ham, chicken, nothing fried or breaded. Unsweetened tea, diet cokes, no sugar, no bad carbs, only good carbs, if you are cooking use olive oil or light e-v-o-o.
