and a friend or relative sees you talking to another of the opposite sex....sees them laughing or smiling...

how often do you think others, family or friends might conclude its 'flirting' or how many just consider it amiable conversation if one or both were considered really attractive?

...also, if the pair chatting were considered 'unattractive' would one's perception of the conversation be different than that of the 'attractive' pair?

Uh yeah...almost anyone would conclude that it's flirting, especially if they don't hear the content of your conversation and are relying solely on body language to reach a conclusion about the motives of both parties. Particularly when both parties are attractive because it's human nature to flirt when there is obvious attraction potential.

First it's no one's buisness who you speak to family or otherwise. As to the attractiveness factor beauty truely is held in the eye of the beholder. For example when you have a pretty woman with a very ugly personallity she can look as ugly as her personallity while someone who is less than attractive may have a beautiful personallity and becomes more astheticly pleasing to the beholder.
