i've been really depressed lately my best friend in the world moved and she was like my sheld from commits and stuff
i loved her to death and when she moved well i went emo ..
just not sooo bad as cutting myself
and well now i cry over lots of things people who have never ever seen me cry now they have ...
i feel sooo weak ...
i had a boyfriend but he was sorta emo too and just brought me down more ...
my ex * not the emo one he got kicked out of my school*
makes me laugh all the time but when he's gone it just kinda dissapears ...
my mom and my doctor ... said if my depression gets worse ...
i'm going to have to take ... * happy pills ... at age 12 going on 13 * i don't want it to get worse i've tryed out for everthing
everything even cheerleading but i didnt make none of the above ....
help me please !!!
i dont wanna take depression pills not even if i have too !!!!!!

make new friends, stop being emo and get real. you don't want to have to rely on medication to make you feel happy, then you will never feel real happiness. hope you feel better

Some things I would suggest would be start an exercize routine, it sounds goofy but it really helps. This will help you fell stronger, emotionally physically and mentally. If you can try to find some kind of kick boxing classes or something like that. You'll be suprised by all the emotion you can let go of with physical activity. Hope this helps.

Well...I am Bulgarin and I can tell you that life sucks..hehe..
Well but cince you do not have any other lives in your bag...hell live this one proparly ! ...I know, you will say- It is easy to say for you,...but I have been throu all that kinde of ****..! In one point I thot it would be easyer just to kill myself !
Can you imagine, then I started looking deeper, I red some books... Ind I sad to my self "man get a grip to your oun life !''
You are not that bad ! Theare are people without home or parents or all other dissbalansing problems.. In Bulgeria the presure from your school mates for example is inormas !!! Well you kan all ways kick some ***, but doing so you win only the battle not the war... And it is war out theare..! Untill you realize what you realy want !!! And what is what you realy want..? Having your friend back to guard you (from egoism) or learn how to defend your self..DEFEND your minde and saul which is harder then defending your body ! I don't know your personallity but what you have to do is to look deep in your self,,I meen realy deep, not you that everybody know or you that you know but you WHO YOU REALY are... Then finde what cause all your trouble.. Couple of months ago I realizad that I have been in depresin because of my father...! HE is very serious guy and in early childhood axedently he had depresd me so deeply that I were in one point (15 years-that is couple of mounths ago OVERDEPREST !!!!).My best friend have problems with his parents too. He is even worse he actualy tried to kill himself ! But I am his spiritual support for over three years now so don't warry I am expirienced and you can trust me... Well you need not to worry about nothing but yourself and move on. But this time do it slow and don't let your feelings out so quick. You can do it all you need is to remember life goes on and it doesn't wait on no one. SO get up take a deep breath and go take a walk and refresh yourself with the feeling of life that's goes on around you. If you need someone to chat with you can IM me anytime. But you need not to worry about nothing but your success in life and move on, or go to the mall and there is a retangle cube which will have a star and it says, "You are Here". SO you found your self now go out and enjoy the world anew.

Ok i know that you dont want to get worse but remember this, friends may move away but they are not forgotten you will always remeber the times youve had but rememeber what doesnt break you makes you and what doesnt make you weaker makes you stronger i mean i know you might not get all of this but i hope you will take this into consideration and i hope that you do get better, and i know what your going through!

It sounds to me like you've got a lot of thoughts running through your head right now. Maybe you need a way of getting them out. Have you ever thought about keeping a diary or journal of how you feel? I have one and sometimes it really help just to blurt out every little thing I can think of onto paper. If it's there in black and white, it's sometimes easier to make sense of it.
It's worth a shot right?

yeah your really smart not to take that sh.it. its really bad. try something from the health food store. like a homeopathic remady. ask a natural path doctor...ask yoru mom about alternitive treatments. also traveling helps you find yourself. you may want to sign up for some youth traveling thing and go away for the summer or a break. good luck you will feel better!

Ask yourself honestly if you are doing what you most want to do. if you do too little things you want to do... then depression can set in too.. try to find little things to do you like... like listening to music or drawing or what ever you like... focus very directly on the here and now and not on past and future... Hope you feel better soon!!

read some jokes or hang with funny people.
