They are really not the same. Mountain Dew is like Mello Yellow and Sierra Mist is like Sprite. But to answer your question I like Mountain dew better than Sierra Mist.

Omigosh! I wish I owned stock in Pepsi, because I've been a Mountain Dew addict since 10th grade. I won't say how long ago that was, but if I had all the money I've spent on the stuff I'd be rich. And for all those who say there's no difference between Mt. Dew and Mello Yellow or any other soft drink.....well, that's just CRAZY!!! Are your taste buds deformed? lol That's like comparing a fine champagne with sparkling water!!
