Campagnola is the name of a bike company!
A countrywoman is a woman who lives outside of a city-in the country areas, whereas, donna del paese is a woman who is of the country, as in Italy.

Campagnola is a lady from outside of town while a donna del paese is a female citizen of the country. Or maybe it's the other way around. Use an actual dictionary rather than a translation program to see what the other meanings are for campagnola.

Er Fufo is right. I'm italian, and tell you more: campagnola is an old FIAT model, a sort of 4 wheels drive. Called so cause you could drive anywhere with that car, even in the countryside (good old times)! The bike brand is campagnolo.
Campagnola is just a word that means "related to the countryside", if you talk about a woman it means that she lives and works in the countryside, but it could be used for many other things. For example you could say "I like this restaurant cause they cook 'campagnolo' style" or clothes couls be campagnolo and so on
