i like this guy, and like last week while we were walking to class together alone i gave him a kiss on the cheek, and he was all shocked but my class came up shortyly after so i left and then after class he waited for me and said to me "you missed my lips" and i was like "really" sarcastically. now every time he sees me he keeps saying that "you forgot about the lips". i don't know what to do cuz i do want to kiss him but i want him to kiss me, so what should i do next time or say?

You made the 1st move and now he is waiting for you to make the second. Because he has no clue what you are thinking or what you want. Honey were guys not mind readers. If you want a kiss go plant one on him. If he doesn't get the message after that then you are wasting your time.

Whoa, girl. Sounds like you're in a jam! Well, I feel that he has the impression that since you started it, you have got to end it. But in all reality if he really, really wants a kiss from you on the lips he'll go after it himself. Maybe he just wants you to feel comfortable.
