Bulging eyebyes are a symptom of edema, which is where excessive lymph fluid is drawn into the tissue (eyes) from the from the lymph nodes. This is probably due to composition of osmolytic elements in that tissue. Osmosis occurs when water (or in this case lymph) moves from a high concentration to a low concentration in order to acheive equilibrium (balance). In this case, the solution in your eye tissue would have a chemical imbalance (resulting in low water concentration). This would pull lymph out of the lymph ducts/nodes into your eyes.
In short it is most likely due to a chemical imblance that would require the attention of a medical doctor

Could be you have a Thyroid problem. My half sister had bulging eyes and had to start taking medication for her Thyroid. You being male, it could be your straining them looking at to many women. I've had many women make my eyes bulg, and make me tong tied

Probably gas buildup...if not released, you will explode.
