There isn't really anything that you can do about the hair that has already fallen out, or is getting ready to, or going to fall out, but to help your hair grow in thicker, you can take folic acid.... it is a vitamin that supplements the growth of hair. It is also the main vitamin in prenatal pills that makes women's hair and nails strong. And NO YOU DON'T have to be a GIRL to take it. Just do not exceed 1000 mcg a day.

First make sure it is actually falling out. If so, then prepare yourself with a wig and warn peers incase it accidentally falls off. You might want to get one from locks of love. They are said to be the best.

Find a proper nutritional balance as per your situations: The amount of each type of food group you consume should be based on age, sex, health and amount of physical activity. Choose your meals based on the following principles of good nutrition:
* Eat different types of foods.
* Limit the amount of junk foods.
* Eat foods in their natural state as much as possible.
* Avoid overcooking.
