and i need like tips help anything.
im like 5'6" 110 lbs.!!!
i was 103 like a few months ago!!
AND NOW IM 110!
i've tried 400 calorie diets.
i don't know what else to do.
so i need tips...
gum chewing?
drinking green tea?
anything...
good exercises.
i do ride a bike half hour a day.
but its obviously not good enough.
how long will it take to lose like 7 pounds...
any help will be much appreciated.

Hey,

There's 4 easy words to this, which you should think about every night and be positive about;

Fruit - Good vitamins, stops bad diseases and high in potassium
Vegetables - Energy and vitamins, also reduces diseases and cancers
Exercise - Makes you happy and fit
Water - Rids toxins and gives energy

Aswell as the definitions above, your also losing your weight. Just stay in control and be positive. Maybe a treat a day to keep you going but don't get sucked in. Keep riding your bike too, thats great for you.

Remember, think positive :)

Well to me it seems like your perfectly healthy the 400 calorie diets and starving your self and all those fad diets most likely wont work even though it seems like it weight just doesnt melt off your body it takes time to lose weight.

But, if you eat really low calorie diets like only 400 cals a day is really dangerous your not getting enough nutrients to supply your body with everything it needs to work through the day eating 6 small meals like 2 hours apart rather than only 3 big meals a day is better. The smaller meals will make you less hungry and you'll be full most of the time and you won't even think about food as much.

Also it raises your metabolism and it is healthier for you. Just remember not to eat like a ton of junk food but you don't have to quit eating junk just eat it sparingly. For the working out just do 30 minutes to an hour of working out. You can do cardio first then lift weights if you want. Hope this helps. :)

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

eat mostly vegetatian alkalike foods , fruits and veggies you can but the wieght you should be at apox for your wieght and hight is ideali 110 to 120 .try

Don't cut your calories so drastically (400 calories is drastic!) or your body will think it is starving (it is!) and will store all the calories that you do eat as fat instead of burning them.

You need to GAIN weight because you are underweight. Check the BMI calculator if you don't believe me
