Saunas are best for sweating out toxins. So if you want to be healthier and you have access to a sauna use it.

Not meaningful weight!

Only water weight. And the water weight will be regained immediately as the body will adjust to maintain it's fluid balance.

Some will say the increased metabolism from sweating will burn more calories, but the amount is physiologically insignificant.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

not necessarily. People think that it makes you lose weight because you perspire a lot. But exercising is the best way to lose weight.

You will only lose water which as soon as you have a drink any weight you've lost will be back.

No scientific proof whatsoever.
Many eastern European regulars are still fat and die on heart attack.

Not convince? Take a look at those Smoke ham and Smoke beef. After intense smoked, the meats are still contain fats. :)
