Is there a way to slim down my thighs without building more muscle? (for the most part my thighs are muscle)

and if so

when i lose that muscle will fat go in it's place?

and if so =]

how can i avoid that?

and please no stuff about getting a personal trainer, cuz i dont want one (sorry)

do stretches! they help a lot.
Yoga will definitely help!

Try running, jogging or walking. You can't build muscle with this unless you weigh yourself down with walking weights.
