Not particularly.

They aren't the worst thing to eat, but animal crackers are predominantly simple 'carbs' (carbohydrates), consisting mostly of processed flour and sugar. Thus they contain little if any protein or vitamin content. Of course, they are low in fat and your body does need carbs. Still, it is healthier to eat complex carbs (especially whole grains) and to avoid simple carbs (especially sugars).

Of course, the specific contents will vary for different brands of crackers. You can verify the nutrition of products by consulting the information panel on the packaging. Look for crackers made from whole grain or for balanced foods.
