suppose they are serious or just trying to get attention making everyone think they would really want to go

Because they lack faith in Christ and we know that He is the light of the world, they can't see in their darkness and hell is just a unbelievable concept to them. Since it's not there to them they don't mind saying things they hope will shock Christians. It is our duty to hold them up to God to have their hearts and minds touched with the light of Christ... I think some are serious but a majority I think are just trying to get attention and get a bunch of answers. If they really knew what Hell was going to be like, they wouldn't be so flippant about it or going there forever.

What? What are you asking? We believe there is a hell, but why would we say we want to go to hell?
We believe you can know for sure that you are going to heaven. Read Romans or go to this link

Isn't this question for Christians? Why is everyone putting their negative spin and comments if they don't have an answer?

They're trying to make you understand how repulsive your god is. Why would anyone want to go anywhere with a god that has cast other humans into hell? I've heard the words, and I understand them perfectly. I understand that some people don't mind if other people go to Hell, and that is disgusting.

Yes, I think they really want to go. Their concept of hell is inaccurate, so they do not see it as a place of torture. Pray for them.

everyone must make their own choices - if their choice to reject Jesus lands them in hell then that's their own fault
