So far I don't know of any. There was an emulator for Playstation (1), but I haven't seen one for Playstation 2 or Xbox.
You can mod your PS2 and your Xbox to play burned games however. For the PS2 we installed a mod chip. Not too hard if you have done some soldering. And for the Xbox, it was a software mod.
This late in the game for these two systems, I doubt if anyone is going to go to the trouble to create an emulator to work on the PC. Xbox 360 and PS3 maybe though.

I read somewhere that it is not possiable at this time to Play XBox games on your comp inless you put an XBox in your comp not sure about the PS2 games though
