Lately i have been participating in an aerobics class and getting exercise close to everyday on weekdays. I find more and more i'm getting heart-chest pains that are more of a shock then pain, im a little worried but it could just be that my heart is being strained from the exercise? I have no idea, please help.

Whan normally occurs when you have a heart condition and exercise is angina. It is caused from a lack of blood flow to the tissue and eventually to the heart and brain. The normal symptoms are shortness of breath, dizziness, pain extending from your chest, down your arm, and up your neck. It could even cause you to pass out from lack of oxygen at this point you normally experience nausea and vomiting just before. You could also google the New york classification system for heart failure as well. However, both of these pain are said to be more of a pressure pain than a shock. I will still pay the doc a visit. chest pain that originates with the heart is rarely described as a "shock", it's much more like a heavy and persistant pressure, like have giant vise grips around your chest. What you may be experiencing is a parasympathetic jolt from irritation of your vagal nerve with all the bouncing around that aerobics involve. Suggest you try a different kind of exercise.

Sounds like you need to slow it down, the heart is a muscle don't forget and you can strain it like any other, but of course not exactly.
I'd go to the doctor and tell him just to be on the safe side.

From ur element of attitude you would be outstanding. there is basically Love and it has emotions not a shape. not authentic or fake love. They r ur emotions. once you may overlook each and every thing in presence of a nil.33 person, its called love. the different emotions u could get later ( lust etc., ) in accordance to the beheavour of the third person. for occasion: If u seem at a small lady, you would be able to like her and her movements yet u donot sense like playing intercourse. the place as whilst u seem at a teenager elderly or center elderly femalewho could be good looking in physic, you would be able to like her yet inner emotions could instruction manual to get stepped forward. or whilst u seem at a elderly human beings u could like them yet u donot get such feeling. it certainly relies upon on how u take it or how u talk with others. or how do u get properly matched with others.
