I almost asked out a few women while I was searching for an apartment...they were , most of them, so decent and calm..I love it...any ideas?

So..are they only nice when selling a rent or apartment ?..I mean I almost asked them out,hoping that it was their natural character..or am I wrong?

being a realtor, I can tell you it is because we are in sales...if you are a nasty jerk, you don't make any money....lol

they are not -- some are mean and will sell you down the river -- beein in the business 7 years.

They try to be nice so they can earn money, if they are nice to their clients, they may give them more money.
