Where is the best place in NH and VT to take a CNA or LNA course, any CNA or LNA courses going on now, NH/VT?

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but call your local nursing homes and ask them if they have a CNA program. Many of them have a 6 week course and it will be free if you agree to work for them once you complete it. If you don't want to work there, then there will be a cost. You could also call the unemployment office in your area and they may be able to hook you up with info too.
