I believe that He is horrified that He is portrayed as such a jealous vengeful monster. I give Him much more credit than that.

God is probably ashamed of what people have done to The Holy Bible or in the way they interpreted The Bible. He's sad that people have ignored and ridiculed The Holy Bible. I have never thought of God as what you have said based on The Holy Bible. He's loving and Just.

No, his hand was on the making of it.
If you perceive God as a vengeful, jealous monster then that is your misguided view. Have you really ever studied the Bible. Read the books in their entirety??
God is the All-Knowing, All-Powerful, All-Loving Creator...his is awesome, beautiful, caring, powerful, adoring, forgiving, loving and is to be loved and admired.
I know God as love.

haaa... the bible says...He will laugh...the day they cry out for his help.
God is God.
If it doesn't make His people mad or sad or moved or offended...it sure does not affect the God of Abraham..Isaac and Jacob

So a person can repent.
