Below is a link that will take you to a database of different types of workouts. Dont try to be too specific or you wont get many results returned. I just filled in the main goal of the workout to "tone muscle" and went thru the workouts and found one that suits me(Beginner Level Routine #2). Also on the left menu "supersite " you will see "exercises" these will show you the muscles groups, what exercise work them and how to do them properly. Stick to a simple routine for at least 4 weeks(it doesnt really take long) Dont be tempted to jump into an advanced routine or you might hurt yourself or get very sore and you wont be working out very much

you can do it all at the same time. do cardio for 30 minutes every day and weight training every other day. see how much weight you can handle and do 1 more rep than you think you can. (if you think your arms are going to fall off after 12 reps do 13.) start out slow and build up to 3 sets of 45 reps. ask someone to spot you so you don't get hurt.
