well an apple is a good thing but I would have to say a banana has potassium in it thats good for you.and it has fiber
say have you ever had banana sandwich? two slices of read mayoaise and a sliced up banana wow Im getting hungry!
now who eats apple sandwiches? think about it

I would say the banana, my dr told me they are one of the bet things to eat if you dont have alot of time-like on a break from work or whatever-apples are good too though, so eat which ever you like the best:)

Banana higher in potassium and lower in fiber. Apple higher in pectin (good for complextion) and banana higher in calories

Banana has potasium. An apple has more vitamin C and fiber.

They are both beneficial. Eat them both.
