Probably none because your body will think you are starving and store up the fat you have. I weigh about twice as much as you, why do you want to lose weight??!! Are you a slave to what society thinks?

u wont lose any weight if u stay starving for two whole days. u will only develop some bad ill effects wshich may even lead to stomach ulcers for the worst case scenario.
Besides there are many wasy to reduce weight by going to gym, eating healthy food and a proper life style (includes proper sleeping and eating habits at right time). By following this u will surely find some difference.
If you want u can also do yoga which is very beneficial in many other numerous ways. But try to do it properly. Wrong practise of yoga is once again hazardous.

Remember healthy food is the only way to reduce weight not the lack of food.

hope this wud have helped u. and btw if u have any more queries on yoga practise u can mail me.
take care. stay in shape.bye

Depends on your body. You could lose 10 lbs or 114 lbs when you pass out and die.

None in the long run.

Your body will go into "Starvation Mode" and cannibalize your muscle and then your fat for energy. As soon as you start eating again, your body will behave as if there's a famine on, and all that food will go straight to fat storage.

Your best bet is to eat a reasonable diet and remain physically active. In the long run, this will keep you in the best shape.

Anything that "starves" you only damages your metabolism and makes it harder to maintain your weight down the road.

personally i don't think you need to lose weight because at your height you should weigh about 115, so your right on target. I would recommend not doing this type of dieting because it will actually make you store any fat you can get in the wrong place and therefore will make you gain weight. Instead if you want to get healthy try to eat lean meats, veggies, and fruits.

I wouldn't do that. You might actually start gaining weight from it, since your body will assume you're in a famine state, and will start storing more calories in case the famine period lasts a long time. And the body stores calories as fat.

Even if you don't gain weight, your body might cause you to gain weight when you start eating again for the same reason.

Depending on your size, probably about 3-5 lbs. But that's just water weight mostly, and will come back.

omg ur only an inch taller then me and i weigh 130, so i can imagine what u look like what would posses you to think you need to loose wait.. It's not a healthy idea if you do loose a couple pounds the minute you eat something your body is gonna gain 10 more pounds from what you depribed it by starving yourself just eat small portions and exercise and you should be just fine..

uh maybe like 5 lbs, but u will gain it all back once you start eating, you shouldn't do it because your metabilsm will go down and it will make you lose less fat but gain more once you do start eatin again, you should just try eating less like have a yougurt with a banana, and a whole wheat sandwich for lunch and for dinner grilled chicken with salad and another fruit for dessert or nuts......do it the healty way

Water weight?

Probably two pounds

Fat weight?

You'll probably GAIN a pound or two, because your body will go into starvation mode and save up fat.

Don't starve yourself! Seriously..you could die or lose all your muscle..and thats not good at all.

Eat healthier, serving sized goods, and EXERCISE!

Good luck!
