you can try cream cheese covered in apricot or strawberry jam with crackers or a creamy soft cheddar rolled in nuts and covered with a red jam. Brie chhese at room temperature is best with wine but can the jam

Once had a cherry jam over some brie on a crostini with with a Pinot Grigio that I thought was absolutely a lovely appetizer!
