There seems to be more than one, but I found St. Agnes of Prague. Beatified in 1874 by Pope Pius IX and Canonized by Pope John Paul II 1989.

Which St. Agnes do you mean?

One became a saint long before the official canonization process was even put into use.

Any date would at best be speculation. Universal cannonization under authority of the Pope didn't begin until the 10th century and Agnes was early 4th century. At that time local bishops created feast days and celebrations and there was no church process for sainthood.
