Well I believe you are healthy. The only way to be unhealthy is to weigh 100 pounds at the of 16!! And what is 7 stone 2????
Anyways take my advice into consideration!!!

Well, I would say that you are quite thin. However, this is not to say that you are necessarily unhealthy. At 16 years old, your body still has quite a lot of growing to do, and you will find that as you get older you will be more likely to gain weight. However, I do not believe that you will ever have to deal with being overweight.

Regardless, eating loads of food is not always the healthy thing to do. Much of it depends on what you eat. Do you eat lots ofchips & gravy (gravy over french fries) or toad in the hole (sausage, yorkshire pudding & gravy) at your college (high school)? If so, then you don't have a very healthy diet, despite being so slender.

Make sure you eat lots of fruit & veg everyday and don't be bothered about your weight. But please, don't feel that being thin is sexy, or that being heavier is sexy. Being *human* is sexy, and having confidence no matter your size.

You go girl! :-)
