That's a matter of opinion. It just depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for label/cover design, DVD burning, CD Audio/Data burning, ISO image burning, etc., all in one package then I personally would say Nero is the best.

But I honestly cannot say for sure because Nero is about the only CD-writing software I've ever used, so to me it WOULD be the best. LoL.

But if you're looking for just audio/data CD burning then Adaptec Easy CD Creator is a good one. That's the only other software I've used.

I have nero express for burning CD's and I like the program and never have trouble with it. I guess there are other programs but I've never used them.
