Your friend is a very pretty girl. Maybe she's just going through a phase (as all us girls do.. one time or another) where she's just not happy with her appearance. The best thing you can do, as her friend.. is to just compliment her when you can (but don't overdo it, or she'll wonder if you mean it), and to be there for her like you've always been.
Most girls go through a time like that, and I'm sure she'll come out of it and see that she is a very pretty girl, and has nothing to feel down on herself about.

Your friend needs to know that she is pretty because of the inside . The heart. And that shows on the outside. By looking at the picture she is beautiful.
