This is a easy way to make gravy with your roast at the same time while it is cooking in the crock. Depending on size of roast add 1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. When roast is done remove from crock and take whisk to all that soup and juice. Tastes great and quick and easy.

Take about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of liquid out of the crock pot and put in a pan on the stove bring to a boil Add either a can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom Mix until the soup is mixed will and in a cup put a some water and flour mix that together. once the soup and liquid are boiling take off the heat and mix in water and flour till thick Do the water and flour with cold water so the flour does not make clumps. Use the juice that gathers at the bottom of the crock pot as your 'base'. to thicken, seperately, in another bowl, melt some butter and add flower. beat until it is to the consistency of a gravy and slowly add to the simmering juice. DO NOT use too much flower and butter, you will kill the flavor. add mixture very slowly to the juice while blending the two together, salt to taste, or even use a bullion cube. works great. good luck.

Buy a can of brown gravy and a package of lipton onion soup. When you put the roast in put 1 can of brown gravy. Put a little water in like you usually would. When the roast is almost done add the package of lipton onion soup. When the roast is done you will have a delicious gray!!!
