Here's a thought: develop your own opinions and use THOSE in your paper. All you will get on here is everyone else's opinions anyway...

Generally the Iraq troops are in no position. Fatigued, and
seriously over stressed, the United Nations made this decision. Aliens is everyone's responsibility and the mideast
is not where to hold a battle. This is a simple nation with not
any interest in glutton for warfare politics. Russia is behind
all the big gamblers, Primary rebels of England, and some
anti-civilization types like voodoo tribes, or terrorists. This
type of battle ground is not safe for jousting, it is a maniac
style shoot out and no one should die in our day and age for
revolutionary politics. The new bases for employment will
hold and educate the local people that want to work.

The simple answer? Numbers & Civil war. Bush needs at least 300,000 troops to win the war in Iraq and he'll never come close to getting that many (he has about 160,000 right now) and no foreign army in the history of the world has ever stopped a major civil war from happening once it has started.
