I'm with you man, I've been in a similar situation, and based on my experience I have to tell you to do the hard thing and stop hanging out with her.
You're never going to just want to be her friend, and even if she starts to feel differently, it's going to lead to trouble.
Best case scenario:Let's say you start to hook up, and she leaves her b/f and starts to call you her man. Are you ever going to trust that she's not going to do the same thing to you when she's hanging out with her guy friends?
Worst case: She keeps leading you around by the dick and she never leaves her boyfriend but you're always there for her when she needs attention...and you wind up confused afterwards, maybe even hurt. Plus you look like a schmuck.
You can't win this one, man, it's time to fold your hand.

be a good man and leave her alone she is taking you don't need options. Also there is nothing wrong with being her friend as long as you are her friend for the right reasons, her and her bf might not work out, also you don't wan to wait forever do you?

leave her alone, there is nothing you can do. And you don't "love" her, you just "lust" her. so get over it and find a life of your own.
