when it comes to men, its like her brains been kidnapped by aliens!!!!!

not being racist but hes mysterious, tells my sister nothing about his life in poland, sends all his wages to poland,
has scars all on his face. has quick temper, believe me hes dodgy.thing is with my sister,shes blind unless i give her something concrete, like criminal record

Polish AND new to the country? Oh yeah, thats REALLY dodgy there.... (you do realize what a bigotted statement you've made, dont you??)
Your best bet, if youre not interested in paying for services, is to figure out what date he arrived and what county he lives in. Then, go to the local courthouse for that particular county where he resides and check the public records for his name - all criminal and civil trial material is public record.... You dont even have to pay, unless its a few bucks to have an old file pulled from storage (but generally thats files that are more than 10+ years old - this guy is a new immigrant, right?)
Otherwise, pay a private investigator.

In the building industry at least, the Polish are known for being swift, skilled, hard workers.
What makes you think he is dodgy?
There is no freely available source of information on foreign workers in this country.

I would just be direct with him and let him know of your concerns for your sister. I wouldn't mind anyone scrutinising me if I was about to start a relationship with a close relative of theirs. I would welcome it and hopefully gain some trust. So if he doesn't like your questions then he has something to hide. If he is a genuine chap he will be in admiration of you-as I am.

if he is not from this country there really is no way of finding out who he really is without paying a small fee of 9.95 at www.finding people.com the only information they will give you for free is where is from and his possible relatives. i would also like to say dont give up on your sister she sound alot like mine keep giving her that good advice even if she doesnt want to hear it shell thank you for it when she find out its the truth
