I am not often sarcastic, but it seems like many people assume my statements are...maybe I am just ignorant. Anyhow, are you sarcastic & do you assume others are sarcastic too?

Well, I'm sometimes sarcastic, sometimes not.
Like here, I try to tailor my answers to the question. If someone asks a question that they appear to want answered I try my best to provide something helpful and polite.
But if it's dogmatic, ignorant or rude, then if I'm in the mood I may well be sarcastic.
Though I have started trying to be a bit more selective and only really answer questions I feel I can contribute to.
And no, I don't assume sarcasm on the part of a questioner unless I recognise that as their 'style'. Though I prefer humour to sarcasm.

I simply love sarcasm. However, it's rare for most people on this site to get the gist of sarcasm.
No, I don't assume others are sarcastic, most are too stiff necked to understand it.

ReCon, some are because they are invisible on here. But sometimes just silly, I guess. The one's that bother me a little are the combo's , "arrogant and sarcastic."
But funnier still are the people that preach, tolerance, free will,
womens rights, homosexual rights, and then proceed to rip other people up and down for their beliefs.

I wasn't being sarcastic. I mean I normally am, but I don't find you to be sarcastic either. In fact you come off pretty pompous or holier than thou to me. I mean if I have to form an opinion.

Being sarcastic is a natural response . Sometimes it helps. You and others. Not a sin ( if it is, oops !). It leads to humor sometimes........
