I used to live near a place called Play it Again Sports and they had all kinds of used sports stuff even old roller skates. Try looking up pawn shops too they will have them as well. Call a sports store near you and ask them if they know of used places so you can get a set to beat up they will understand that at least if you feel embarrassed
