You love him? I want you to think about that. So If you love him you are willing to go through everything at his side. even if you found out he was addicted to coke? be carful witth that word, it lasts a life time.
Okay you said your shy- so tell him that,
"I realy am shy so this is hard for me to do, but I would like to ask you out." Do not stress over this- that will make it to hard to do. just go do it.

When you fall in love to quickly it has a tendency to throw others off, pull back on the reins a bit. The worst thing you could do is say you love him to soon.

just ask if he wants to go somehwere with you if you are talking about something u both like then pick a place that would relate to it and go there im sure it will be a pleasent surprise if u do the asking

If you know his number, you can text msg him that you want to go out with him.
Or write it down and put it in his locker.
If you don't know any of this, then just ask him straight forward to go out with him.
