do you have stairs in your house?

you can run up and down them for about 20 mintues or maybe even 30..

:) that should burn some calories right up

bowflex is nice to get... you can one on ebay and save $600 - $1000 i did n its nice qualty

well you can buy a threadmill and use it in your home or you can just do sit-ups and push ups while you are at home
