The filling in lasagne uses a ricotta mixture (mixed with parmesan, egg, salt and pepper) when layering so I suppose you could mix that into the beefaroni mix then cover with parmesan

when i make lasagna ,i dont use ricotta cheese.i instead use mozerella cheese mixed with cottage cheese.the reason being is that i dont like the taste of ricotta.you can mix the two together and add a little of parsley into that .after you have done that, pour it on top of what you have already prepared and spread evenly.then you just put into oven until cheese melts! good luck and hope it works out for you!

If you're trying to make it more like lasagne, mix the pasta and sauce. Then make layers of pasta, ricotta & mozzerella. You can either finish with layer of mozzerella or mixture of breadcrumbs & butter.

I put sour cream, and several different types of cheese on mine...maybe you should try that.
I like to play with recipes until I get it right....and then for some reason I stop cooking it once I get it...lol, I must be stupid.
