Chocolate covered strawberries~

Melt chocolate almond bark in the microwave
Dip large strawberries in the melted chocolate.
Place strawberries on foil til their dry and the coating is firm.
You can sprinkle them-before the shell has hardened, or it won't stick-with toasted slivered almonds, candy sprinkles, toffey pieces, whatever you like (optional).

To sell, put each strawberry in a paper baking cup (like the ones used for cup cakes). You could wrap them loosely in shrink wrap and tie them with a bow if you want them to be "individually wrapped". You could also put them 4 or so to a box. The baking cups will look just like what you find holding the truffles in a box of chocolates.

Easy, just get a box of rice krispies (cereal), any brand, and marshmallows, any brand as well. Just melt the marshmallows in a pan by melting butter and stir often. Once you have melted the mashmallows, stir in the rice krispies. Make sure an adult helps you. Unless you won't get burned. After your done mixing, spread the mixture of rice krispies and melted marshmallows on a flat pan, before spread it around, you might wanna put some wax paper so it doesn't stick. It's very easy. Then you let the rice krispies cool. Put them in your refrigerator, that way by tomorrow they'll be ready to cut. Or even later on tonight. Have fun!

Rice crispy treats are fun and easy to make. Use the traditional recipe...

2 bags miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups Kellogg's Rice Crispy Cereal

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add marshmallows.
Stir until mixture becomes difficult to stir any more. Mix in the Rice Crispy Cereal and stir until hot.

Butter a pan (a square pan like a brownie pan) and spread mixture evenly in the pan. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

**You can also add candy like m & m's, peanut butter into the mix or top off with chocolate for a twist!

My family's home made sugar cookie recipe and chocolate chip is great! I do not know that an 11 year old kid would be able to make a delicious snack though.

Make something that has little ingredients in and something that you have made before(or seen someone make before) so that you have a better idea of how to make the specific food.

You could also ask a teacher,parent,guardian,etc... for advice of what to make and how to make it.

~Good luck :]

For a bake sale, to not use the stove is not called baking, I do know that rice crispies does not use baking but you do have to melt the 40 marshmellows and 1 sitck of butter. Then you poor the marshmellow mix over 4 cups of rice crispies, mix it, cut it, wrap it and wa la, you've got something to take to your bake sale. Good Luck

Based on rice crispy treats you could do similar just with a different cereal to make it unique.. you could do frankenberry treats or coco puffs treats. This will require the stove so you Mom will probably have to help you.. but they are quick and easy to make.
