best, fastest, and cheapest eh? convince someone it's your birthday and have them buy you a bottle of everclear...

if you have to buy something yourself, i'd go with a big jug of some local wine...

if you're real cheap, go with night train or a fortified wine...

if you have 12 bucks, you can usually find a half gallon of cheap whiskey or vodka...

it really depends on where you live and what your tastes are, i guess

Well there are lots of cheap ways to get drunk, quickly!

If you like beer, buy a twelve pack and make a beer bong. Bong all 12 beers in less than 30 minutes. You will be quite wasted after that. I made a beer bong that could hold 8 beers, it was two stories high. It was a big hit on my college campus until administration got ahold of it.

If you like wine, buy a box of wine (usually under $15). It is two Liters of cheap nasty wine and if you don't mind really shitty hangovers then this is the route to go. I usually get a group of people together to do this. Get like 6-10 people together and partner up. Then have the Tour de Franzia (a name-brand of box wine). You and your partner try to drink your box (when you open the box, it is a bag)...try to drink your bag of wine faster than your opponent teams. You can play pass the bag, slap the bag, and all kinds of drinking games with this bag wine. It usually takes me about an hour to finish it off with my partner.

Buy a handle of Whiskey, or Vodka, or Rum and a good mixer and just pound shot after shot. Or play drinking games with the shots istead. You will get wasted pretty fast.

In college we used to buy really cheap, strong liquor. The type that really doesn't taste good but has a high proof. We would then make it into jello buy adding hot water to the jello, letting it cool for a bit and then replacing all cold water with the alcohol. It takes a couple hours to set but then you don't taste the bad alcohol plus the jello is absorbed as food so it enters your bloodstream faster. Its great fun until the next day when you wake up with a terrible hang-over.

They were about $10 for a million.seventy 5 L (a million/2 gal) again then. various shitty vodkas are low priced. different manufacturers contained in the U. S. are Bartons and McCormacks.

well you can get a 40oz beer in most citys for like a dollar at those local run down stores. or you can get a 30 pack of schafer light for 10$, decent taste, enough for 2 ppl to get drunk. or if your still with your parents raid the fridge or alchohol cabinet, or go garaging and get some beers. careful tho its illegal :-O

Donate blood a little earlier the day you intend to get drunk. That'll reduce the volume of circulating blood and it will scare you how fast you get drunk.

go to the nearest bottle depot before they open and throw a pair of work boots at the crowd, while they are fleeing in terror quickly dump over all the shopping carts and go straight for the liquor bottles, then swirl them with whatever beer is leftover in a few select cans. good luck
