I think that this is a great lasagna recipe...

INGREDIANTS
1 lb. Italian sausage
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
28-oz. jar chunky pasta sauce with vegetables
9 no-boil lasagna noodles
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook Italian sausage in a heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring to break up meat, until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain well. Mix cooked sausage, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese in medium bowl. Place about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in 9" square baking dish. Top with three lasagna noodles, then with 1/3 of sausage filling. Repeat layers, ending with spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and return to oven. Bake 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and browned.

I precook the lasagne unitl it is el dente - still a little crunchy! fry mince with some onion and preferred herbs etc and a can of tomatoes. Mix a cup of milk, grated chees and a couple of eggs. Layer the meat and pasta then pour a little of the milk mixture over it. Proceed with layeriung until all mixture has gone. Sprinkle with a little cheese and bread crumbs. Cook for 30 minutes at 180C and grill to brown. Quiche is the easiest. Mix 4 eggs, 1C milk, any grated vegetables and put into dish ( I use a cake baking tin instead of quiche tin) and bake for around 60 mins at 200C until cooked. You can also mash cooked potatoes, a little butter and flour. Mix till it rolls into a ball then press it aorund the edge of the dish if you want a pastry type outside.

Here is my mom receipe shes italian and does not measure. but Ill give you the easiest.
Box of lasagne
about 2 1bs of ricotta cheese mixed with an egg
about 2 to 3 lbs of ground beef cooked and drain.
get mozzerella, parmesan cheese.
any jar of spagetti sauce usually 1 to 2 jars.

Preheat oven to 350
you are going to put layers.
put some sauce on the bottom and then pasta ,ricotta, meat, cheeses. sauce. and just copy from that. and then throw some sauce, and cheese on top layer. put foil on top, and throw it in the oven. and cook for 30 min.
It is always good the second day. don't ask me why but it is. good luck, its not that hard. If you know how to make your own spagetti sauce you can use that instead. I had friends that offered me money to make them some, I usually make 2 pans of lasagna and it goes fast.
