I looked everywhere for answers to life, then one day I went to a baptism service and Jesus just met with me there, I wasn't a christian before that day. All the answers are in Him, try going to a lively spirit led church and simply sit and feel His presence, let Him talk to you.

Why are you so anxious about it?

Don’t bother looking for an answer for all those questions, because you will probably find many, millions maybe, and they all could be actually right.

You should concentrate on other things. Like your own life, yourself, try to get to know yourself better, try to understand yourself, and take care of yourself.

After that, you have your family, brothers, sisters, parents, husband, wife, kids, etc, etc. And also your friends. They all need you, and you can give them so much. You can give them love, respect, be honest to them, help them when they need it, and protect them, as well.

Think about it, and you should find a good answer to your questions there.

Don’t be so preoccupied about religions and God, just try to be a better person every day, give love to others and you will see how good you will feel right away. And if you make a mistake, don’t stop, just look at it as something to learn from, and use it as part of your knowledge.

Things could be so simple here on earth, and yet we humans make it so complicated.

I have found my own internal peace this way, and so my wonderful Wife. My family is very religious, I chose not to be that way, still, I do believe there should be a God, but I don’t bother going crazy about. I just do what I have to do to be better, and I am happy with myself that way. If there is a God out there, he will be happy for me too. And if there is no God, then is ok, because still, I am happy, I try to make others happy, and that is what really matters.

Hope this helps you. Follow your heart, you know what is good, and what is bad, and act accordingly. You will see the light at the end of the tunnel. Trust me.

Meaning and purpose are supplied by ourselves, there is no Eye in the sky watching us perform. Much personal despair is environmental, home, neighbourhood etc. If you can find a meaningful job, hobby, or philosophy that makes you happy and helps others, much satisfaction can be found. Religious escapism is selfish, and often just `papers over the cracks`. Find an animal shelter, look at the suffering inflicted by man on the innocent, find a cause to love and care for. I cried when I lost my hair, then I saw a child who had lost his eyes! The answer will not be found while on your knees.

The meaning and purpose of life is to love God and to love your neighbour. Usually if you begin to think that your life has no purpose, you would be best to use whatever talents or skills to make the life of others better.

Check with your church and see if they need someone to call on the home-bound. Many churches have members than can not get around well, they need someone to talk to, and sometimes they need someone to fix a meal, or wash dishes, or pick up after them. Servant-hood really adds a lot of meaning in your life.

If your church does not have any recommendations like that, talk to a nursing home and see if there are things you can do there to make the elderly smile. That is worth a fortune.

Some things have happened to me over the last few years. Things personal to me which probably won't mean anything to anyone else. I started to go to Church after a long absence. I was filled with a wonderful feeling accompanied by a tingle down the spine many times in the services-each time I went. The same thing happened when I started to read the Bible(New Testament). Or when I watch Eva Cassidy singing on youtube-or even treble soloists of choral music. Something stirs my soul( which had been had been asleep for so long-and sometimes desolate.) God speaks to us through our feelings like these I believe. Spiritual acts mean more now like just being patient and pleasant with my bus passengers--as they are with me in response to my actions/smiles. Perhaps our Creator is beckoning you.......May He bless you greatly.

You feel an emptiness and the urge to fill it. In that state of mind, you will settle for anything in order to remove the emptiness. Do you think this is a good foundation to begin with?

Maybe you need to relax first, and allow for the possibility that there is no pre-fabricated answer for your question. Then, maybe, you will find something which gives you the meaning you are looking for. Or maybe not. Life comes without a guarantee.

Book: Cows, Pigs, Wars and Witches by Marvin Harris. He proposes a rational explanation for all superstitious activity. I have stopped asking the questions that have no answers. Yes, I have felt like that before. It has not gotten worse, the arguments have been the same for thousands of years.

i can understand by your words that u are really thinking too much about stuff which u cant find answers anywhere .U will learn it through experience and age .Dont believe anyone who is defining life, love, faith and terms like this ....its not possible

The terms which u are asking is beyond the strength of words, and anyone defining them are close to it...but they dont give you the exact meaning of it . You love your family or parents but if you were to tell a third person what love exactly is ...u cant ...if u say love is liking a person....u are close to it ...but u know for u r self that its not

tha applies to faith also ...its just matter of time before u know what they mean.dont get frusturated.....keep on searching.........
