I have a crush on this guy at my new job. He's been flirty with me ever since i worked there and today i walked past and he said 'i had a dream about you last night',then him and his mate started laughing,i said 'what was it about?' and he just said he dreamed about me,then they laughed again,i thought about it after and thought was he referring to a 'wet dream'?! or was he just flirting again?

First of all when a guy says that to you it has a sexual conotation and you should not respond to this, it is very disrespectful for him to be talking like that to a girl in front of his buddie but maybe he is just a jerk when he's with budies but when he's alone he might be a better person. If he keeps saying stupid things like that don't even look his way he is not worth it and there are plenty of fish in the sea. Good luck.

He was flirting and showing off in front of his mate. I believe he meant that he had a wet dream, but more than anything he was showing off.

It means he had a dream about you and he told someone about it for entertainment only. It's possible that they all talk about you.
If he really liked you he wouldn't talk about you and laugh about it with his (and your) co-worker. If you put it out, he will take it.
If he approaches you with respect and without his friend as a witness; and talks to you in an appropriate manner, then you might consider going out with him...but expect your co-workers to learn about every detail.

It was not a G-rated dream. His buddy heard all about it. I would start making him squirm by an occasional wink or something.

He was being flirty but the fact that he was laughing with his friend about it is piggish, he's no gentleman.
