Theory 1
We evolved from a long line of primate species

Theory 2
Man was made from dust and woman was made from his rib

Which do you believe? That we are walking bones of dirt or we are a species with a long history of overcoming many obstacles as we evolved from various forms of primates?Which "theory" is really hard to believe?Which one sounds more unlikely?

Keep in mind that this is not an attack against a supreme being creating exsistence but rather a way of questioning which explanation of how mankind developed. The Bible and other relisious texts say man was made from dust.Science shows that man developed from many stages of evolution. So the question isn't about who created the world or the life on it but rather how that life came to be what it is today. Are we decendants of soil or something more likely such as a variations of other development and evolutions.

well, theory 2 is rather nonsensical. and it isn't a theory, it is myth -- make-believe.

in the buybull, eve was an afterthought, made from adam's rib, after adam took the time to name all the animals for god (more nonsense)? god noticed that adam didn't have a spouse (what? afterthought, again) so he cretaed eve from his rib!!!! interesting, since god is supposed to know the future and the past, and the Buybull shows him to "notice that adam was alone" as if he didn't foresee that...so, as an afterthought, he created eve from one of his ribs.

what complete, contradictory nonsense. people who think this inconsistent, illogical and contradictory nonsense came from a god somehow, they are all out of their minds.

WOW! Look at all the angry, bitter little christians here today, giving everyone their "thumbs down" for disagreeing with them! Looks like some people need to grow up!

Creation all the way:

Every single piece of evidence that the evolution theory holds can be turned around and used for Creation: And all of the evidence that Creation has found goes against evolution:

Cambrian Explosion
Beetles
Giraffe
Petrefied Trees and more

Evolution is just a myth that has been made up because the only other option is to believe that someone higher created us: It's that simple. They do not wish to believe in something supernatural so they believe their theory even when it lacks substanial evidence:

The only difference between evolution and creation is:

That my tax money goes into the teaching of their religion.

Better to put it

1.We evolved by random chance over billions of year
or
2.God or supernatural being created the earth and all in it.

I believe in 2...
Their is proof all around us for the second
Well...How can their not be a designer. The proof of his existence is all around us in the sun, grass, stars, sky, plants, animals and all the things around us. In the earth, Which is the right size, the perfect distance from the sun , has the perfect tilt, mixture of gases to support life, and a life cycle. We see design in ourselves as humans. We have brains and a nerve center that store knowledge and memories plus it tell us when we are in pain. We have ears that we can hear just the right amout not to little so we could hear others talk and not to much we can Hear air molecules passing through our ears. We have eyes to see plant and animals and all Creation. We have a heart to pump blood throughout are body. We have lungs to breate in air.
Every part of our body has a purpose and was designed perfectly.

I also would say evolution has many problems and a lack of proof.

So the second therory...

Both wrong. Theory 1 is partially correct but incomplete which is why many don't believe. They haven't actually taken the time to study it and instead believe the misinterpretations and false sum it ups put out by religious folk. Theory 2 is physically impossible. If there was a being that powerful who had incarnated on Earth, there'd be proof. And "he" wouldn't have to use dust and bones to make people. He'd make them out of atoms. Ok. So theory 2 is also partially correct, just misspelled.

2. Because with God anything is possible! I think there might of been a little bit of S**t in that dirt when he made us. Look at how we turned out, pretty shi**y in the end!

Plus the scientists can't even prove that we evolved from primates! They just believe that we did because of all the similarities we have with apes. We were the last thing he created, I think he was out of creative idea's so he stole a few traits from the primates.

I would have to go with theory one. I believe there is a beginning for everything and everyone. If you believe in the creation story : how did God come into existence in the first place?

If you believe God had been there all along... how did that happen? To me, that's a statement that can't be backed up with facts.

Theory 2. At least theory 1 has proof. Theory 2 has as much fantasy as a Piers Anthony novel.

where did the first living creatures come from then? there has to be some intellegent design in there somewhere. I know the beginning of the evolution theory is that there was a black hole in the middle of outer space from some sort of disruption, but how did what caused the disruption get there? If there is no intellgent design, if there is no ultimate creator, then the very fabric of the universe could never exist.

I believe very strongly in evolution.
Theory 2 is not a theory , but a belief.
