bcos flash refers to dirty old men who expose themselves! Well i suppose it could be anyone but usually old men wearing a coat and nothing underneath!! you walk past and tehy seem innocent enough then when you get close the expose themselves! so if someone says they have been 'flashed' tahts what it means!
you want to do a flash study!!!! thats hilarious!

Hmm these guys are right a flasher shows his penis to random people but flash study in any context isnt funny what so ever. Im a young british male if anyone should be immature enough to laugh at it its me but honestly maybe its just some kind of rich mans joke or whatever

Some Brits may laugh but then some people find anything funny. Flashing is exposing yourself - but I work in telephony and don't laugh when peole say dongle, or widget.
