any fat that you add will have some affect. Try broiling it or use a "good" fat (and very little of that) like Virgin Olive Oil..just take it easy and don't use too much. It is a good idea to put some Oil in a spray bottle and then you can just spritz a bit on your pan. Enjoy your fish..It is so good for you.

Fried fish is not that worse but of course it is more fattening because you fried it. Since fish is good for you it is not that much worse fried, but you should still be cautious of how much you eat.

Fish is great for you, but when you fry it you add all kinds of fats and oils, and carbohydrates if they're battered...and who knows what, depending on the batter. Not a good combo =(

Anything deep fried it bad. If you deep fried a carrot it would be full of fat and calories. Thats why deep fried food tastes awesome.

The fish itself isnt bad but the batter and the oil its cooked in is! If your out ask if they can grill your fish for you. Or if your at home grill it or bake it.
