maybe he does like you, but he is playing hard to get. It is a power trip for some people to always have the upper hand in a situation. You might reconsider your choice for a partner, could be a head case.

First of all, you should never tell him that you like him first. because that just kills all the mystery and its not fun for most of the guys. He gets the upper hand now and makes the call. Don't put yourself in that situation, always make sure they like you first...(even if its not true)

He needs more time to think about u, maybe he didnt think that u would ever like him... If he doesnt get back to you in 1 week, then he is not interested.

Don't worry about why he doesn't like you. If he doesn't, there's nothing you can do to change that. Just move on...and he might come back.
