How can I keep my minor acne under control?

No matter what I quit eating, stay out of the sun, don't go out often, wash my face regularly, drink more water, eat more veggies,...it comes back sooner or later! HELP ME!!!

If you are a girl, acne is often hormonal and your period can cause outbreaks. If you are old enough and your parents consent getting on the pill can help clear up your acne.
