I hate damn hand overs, is there anyway to prevent them?? And don't say drink less...

water is key. drink as much as posssible before passing out. pretzels also help, or any bread.

If you have a hangover, eat a banana.I promise, it is the ultimate hangover food. DO NOT GO GREASY. it may taste like heaven going down, but you'll just make your body even more mad at you.

When drinking, make sure you have a glass of water too. Keeping hydrated is the key to not getting a headache. At bedtime, take tylenol, ibuprofen, etc and drink it with a big glass of water. If you're not feeling so well in the morning, drink Gatorade.....I swear by it. It replaces the electrolytes your body has lost. Cheers!!!

I have learned that if I hit a diner or Denny's after drinking a ton, the greasy food and big bottle of water that is on my nightstand when I go to bed prevents the sluggishness and nausea associated with my hangovers. Greasy food and water! I'm telling you, it works!

lot of things. number one is drink water be4 you go to bed or while your drinking. my dad always said match each drink with a glass of water 6-8 oz. personally i just chug a bottle of water be4 i go to sleep, or i go the the bathroom and drink like 30 dixy cups full of water so i feel sick but it really helps in the morning. and it also helps to sleep and rehydrate yourself in the monrning with water, or GATORADE haha gatorade saves your life in the morning

other ways include advil in the morning, tums, peptobismal, food

make your own combination up, see what works. i just drink as much water be4 i go to bed as possible, wake up take an advil and a peptobismal with some gatorade and eat, then im good. what also helps is if you dont go to bed with the "spins" or where you feel sick, walk it off or stay up later until your just buzzed and then you never get hangovers.

if none of this works then just keep drinking :-P, then youl never get a hangover

i pound a V8 before i go to bed to wash down the tylenol or advil i take before crashing out. the next morning i drink one or 2 more v8's and then i feel pretty great. a trip through mcdonalds for greasy hashbrowns and a blt bagel helps too.

Drink lots of water, I have also heard that if you drink something like a SlimFast shake because they are loaded with nutrients for while you are dieting that helps too! Cheers!

Take an advil before you go out drinking, eat junk food before bed and drink as much gatorade as you can before sleeping! works for me! i feel great today!

Drinking is fun but you have to thick of the next day be resbell whit you drink
